?Abstract? Coal is the main energy of China, so the coal enterprises present an important position in the national economic development. These enterprises have made rapid development in recent years, but they face more uncertainties and risks from internal and external business environment. The relevant study of enterprise risk management focuses on one level or a side, there is no study about strategic risk management of coal enterprises. This paper studies risk management from a strategic point of view, so it has great guiding significance for risk management theory and the healthy development of the coal enterprises.On basis of summarizing and summing up to the latest theory of strategy risk management, together with strategy management theory and enterprise risk management theory, used comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, this paper does theoretical and empirical research of strategy risk management of coal enterprises. The main conclusion are as follows:(1) 0n basis of analysis the concept and content of Enterprises strategy Risk, Defined the concept of the strategic risks of coal enterprises. The paper points out that strategy risk management of coal enterprises means in whole process of strategic activities of coal enterprises, because of a certain changes in strategy risk factors, The overall performance and sustainable development have been damaged, failing in achieving enterprises?strategic goals in the end. (2) Analyzing the influencing factors of strategy risk of coal enterprises. The factor of coal resources and coal enterprise security risk are the special factors in coal enterprises. By using the environmental scanning method to identify the factors affecting the coal enterprises, the paper establishes index system of strategy risk of coal enterprises , evaluated the strategy risk of coal enterprises and confirmed the degree of strategy risk, based on the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method.(3) Studying on strategy risk warning system and risk-free system of coal business. Pointing out effect and function of strategy risk warning of coal business and predication means. By setting up the corporate culture of flexibility, identifying uncertainties and intensitying of environment uncertainty, the main measure that coal enterprises implement strategy aversion is to enhance the strategic flexibility of the resource and increase competence of enterprises. (4) Taking Binmei company as an example, this paper reaches a level of strategic risk and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
